Do I pay in USD or CDN?

You can shop our resources in CAD right here on our website, www.mummabell.com. GST/HST will be added to the products purchased. To shop our resources in USD, please visit our Store on Teachers PayTeachers.
Can I purchase a gift card? How does it work?

YES! We have gift cards available for purchase in varying amounts ($25, $50, $100, $150 and $200). Mummabell e-gift cards NEVER EXPIRE. Recipients of a Mummabell gift card can redeem it for any resource on the website, within the amount you specified (up to $200). Discount codes can't be applied to gift card purchases. All gift card sales are final. Gift cards can't be redeemed for cash value. We are not able to replace lost or stolen gift card codes.
What is your refund policy?

The resources you purchase from Mummabell are delivered electronically. Unlike a physical book or t-shirt, you can't return a PDF or other digital file after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales of digital resources from Mummabell are considered final and non-refundable. Please contact us directly via e-mail for further support with any issues.
How do I print my file?

First, check the file type. If it's a ZIP file, you'll need to unzip the file before you can print the contents. For PDFs, especially ones with a lot of graphics, sometimes the file will look fine on your screen, but not print correctly. Common issues are margins being cut off or black boxes appearing around clip art. Please be sure that you're opening the PDF with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on a PC or Preview on a Mac. Then, in the printer settings, check the "Print as Image" box and "Shrink Oversized Pages" or "Scale to Fit." Please contact us directly via e-mail for further support with any technical issues.
What will the digital downloads look like?

Usually it will be a ZIP file containing digital PDF downloads.
Can I share a resource I purchased with another person?

No, Sorry! Please read the terms of use: Terms of use: All rights reserved. The purchase of the resource, includes a limited license for classroom use. You may utilize the resource for each of your own students. This product may not be copied or shared with anyone outside the scope of your classroom. This product is not to be uploaded to the internet or stored in a public retrieval system outside of this product itself. If it is a Google™ product, you can use in Google Classroom™ for students to complete, but you can not put the entire resource in it. You MAY blog/post on social media about using my products in your classroom, as long as you provide a link to the original source. You MAY NOT edit documents and/or redistribute in any way, or claim as your own or altered and shared as if it were yours. If you'd like to purchase a resource, plus additional licenses, to share with another teacher, please visit our store on Teachers Pay Teachers. Additional licenses are sold at a lower cost.
How do I access the resources I purchased?

The resources you purchase from Mummabell are digital downloads, for you to print yourself or use digitally. Nothing will be physically mailed to you. After placing an order, you will get an email sent to the email address associated with the order. This email should arrive almost immediately after the order is placed. The email is titled "Thanks for shopping with us!". Check your promotions/spam folder in case it accidentally ended up there. In that email, there is a download link for each of the items you ordered.
