This science unit on ‘Explorons les liquides’ was designed to compliment your current french immersion science program. All student printable are in french, teacher answer keys are in English.
 
This unit takes the students on a journey to discovering liquids. The unit starts with the most important liquid on our planet – water. Once they’ve learned about water and all it’s characteristics, the students will then make an informational video project to talk about ways that people can take care of the earth’s water supply (The Great Pacific Garbage Patch). Then the three states of matter, water cycle, and many different hands on centers and activities to discover how water compares with other liquids is presented.
