This 80-page word study activity sheet resource includes all 60 sorts to complement the ‘Alphabetic Spellers’ (red book) from the Words their Way™ program. In fact, this resource fits nicely into whatever spelling program you are using.
These worksheets or what I like to call activity sheets, can be used in small group lessons, or even in large groups. The activities are straightforward and allow for the gradual release model to allow students to work independently.
Each sort includes 1-2 worksheets for students to practice their weekly word sorts, along with a 1-2 page assessment you can use.
