Words are not exactly the same as in the Words Their Way™ program. Other words have been chosen to help students scaffold their learning with each sort. This program supplements the Words Their Way™ program, it does not replace it.
For use with 3rd edition
Worksheet portion: Although this resource was made for a worksheet practice type of activity, you most certainly can use it digitally. Just use Kami™ and students can add text boxes. Alternatively, you can make text boxes for them to type in their answers.
Home Sorts: take a screenshot of the home sort you want your students to practice and send home via email, Google Classroom™, or any other LMS, such as Seesaw or Canvas.
Digital Activities: Use Google Classroom™ to assign, or send the Google Slides™ via email or any other LMS.

Students are going to LOVE this SELF-CHECKING DIGITAL resource. It fits nicely with the Words their Way™ program, but can also be used without it. This package covers all 4 (Alphabetic Spellers, Working within Words, Syllables and Affixes and Derivational Relations - 3rd edition).
Instructions for teachers are included in a PDF file. This includes all the links you will need. These games work on ANY DEVICE with a web browser. Users do not need to sign in to any program or account to play these games. The teacher will simply supply the URL for the game.
This can be posted in any LMS SYSTEM such as Seesaw, Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, and more. Teachers will not have access to any performance records, this is simply for your students to test their own knowledge of all the spelling patterns for each sort.
These self-checking games are highly engaging for students. There is a range of games to play for each main group of sorts. There are at least one or more games for each sort. Students can navigate between games with ease. These games are designed to reinforce each spelling pattern using a variety of words from the Words their Way™ sorts.
