This 144-page word study activity sheet resource includes all 59 word sorts to complement the ‘Within Word Patterns’ (yellow book) from the Words their Way™ program. In fact, this resource fits nicely into whatever spelling or phonetic program you are using.
These worksheets or what I like to call activity sheets, can be used in small group lessons, or even in large groups. The activities are straightforward and allow for the gradual release model to allow students to work independently. In fact, each spelling pattern has the same instructions to make it easier for teachers and students.
